SherLuck Casino

Slots, live dealer tables and a sportsbook under one login. Every offer on this site shows its terms before you sign up, because a good detective reads the small print first.

SherLuck Casino is an online casino and sportsbook where slots, live dealer tables and sports betting share one account and one login.

SherLuck is built around a Victorian detective theme, but the rules behind it are plain. SherLuck is licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, accepts players aged 18 and over, and runs live chat support 24 hours a day, every day. There are three welcome offers to choose from, each with its own terms.

Below, this guide covers the welcome offers, who licenses SherLuck, the games and the sportsbook, its promotions, the app, support and safer play.

Exhibit A

What are SherLuck Casino's welcome offers?

SherLuck Casino's welcome offers are the Casino Welcome Pack, the Casino 1st Welcome and the VIP Welcome Pack. Each one matches your deposit by a set percentage. The Casino Welcome Pack and the Casino 1st Welcome also add free spins.

The VIP Welcome Pack runs under SherLuck's separate VIP Program Terms.

This site only shows an offer card once SherLuck has confirmed its full terms: wagering, minimum deposit and expiry. Offer amounts never appear in the text.

How does wagering work on a SherLuck welcome offer?

A wagering requirement is the amount you must bet before a bonus, and anything you win with it, turns into withdrawable cash. The requirement is a multiple of the bonus, so the bonus times that figure is the total you need to bet.

Game contribution sets how much of each bet counts toward wagering, and slots and table games can count at different rates. The expiry date is the deadline: on a standard casino bonus, wagering left unfinished at expiry means the bonus and its winnings are forfeited. Some bonuses also cap your stake per spin or hand while wagering is active.

How do you claim a SherLuck welcome offer?

Claiming a SherLuck welcome offer takes five steps.

  1. Register. Tap Register at the top of any SherLuck casino page and open your account. You must be 18 or over.
  2. Choose your offer. Open Free Money, SherLuck's promotions area, and pick your welcome offer under the Welcome Pack or VIP tab. Enter a code with Activate Promocode if you have one.
  3. Read the terms. Check the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, expiry and any stake cap before you pay in.
  4. Deposit. Make your first deposit in the cashier, using a payment method it lists.
  5. Play it through. Meet the wagering before the expiry date, then withdraw what you've won.

Who licenses SherLuck Casino?

SherLuck's casino footer shows a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. The same licence line sits at the foot of every page on this site.

The SherLuck casino footer links each of the policies that govern your account.

  • Terms of Service: the full rulebook for your SherLuck account.
  • KYC Policy and AML Policy: how SherLuck runs KYC (know your customer) identity and age checks and prevent money laundering.
  • Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion: the rules for taking a break or excluding yourself.
  • Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy: how SherLuck handles your data and refund requests.
  • VIP Program Terms and the Betting Rules player guide: the extra rules for VIP members and for sports bets.

SherLuck announces changes to its Terms of Service at least two weeks before they take effect, and you're free to stop using SherLuck before then. SherLuck only accepts players aged 18 and over. Gambling laws differ from country to country, so check that online play is legal where you live before you register.

Exhibit C

Which games does SherLuck Casino have?

Slots, live dealer tables and game shows fill the SherLuck Casino lobby. Game tiles show a live count of how many people are playing, and some carry a Tournament badge.

The SherLuck lobby sorts games into shelves: the shelves are Top, New, Popular, Latest Wins, Bonus Wager, Providers, Live Games, Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows, Top 100, Big Sunday Blast and Lucky Boom. Top 100 splits into country tabs.

Which slots can you play at SherLuck?

Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Snoop Dogg Dollars, Lava Coins 2, Gold of Odin and Coin Up: Lightning are among the slots in the SherLuck lobby. The Providers shelf lists the studios that supply SherLuck's games, including BGaming, Iconic21, Booongo and 1spin4win, with more behind the Load more button.

An online slot's result comes from a random number generator (RNG), so one spin has no effect on the next. Return to player (RTP) is the share of all stakes a slot is designed to pay back over a very large number of spins: it describes the long run, not your session. Volatility describes how a slot pays. Low-volatility games pay smaller wins more frequently, and high-volatility games pay bigger wins less frequently.

Which live dealer tables does SherLuck run?

Live Roulette, Auto Roulette, Portomaso Casino Roulette 2, VIP Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, European Blackjack and VIP Baccarat stream in the SherLuck live casino.

A live dealer game streams a real dealer, real cards or a real wheel to your screen, and you bet on a digital table layout during each betting window. Auto roulette tables spin an automated wheel with no dealer between spins. In roulette, you bet on where the ball lands. In blackjack, you aim to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. In baccarat, you back Player, Banker or a Tie, and the hand closest to 9 wins.

What are game shows and crash games?

Game shows and crash games are live formats built around a spinning wheel or a rising multiplier instead of cards. Classic Wheel, Gravity Wheel and Crash Live sit in the SherLuck live lobby, and the Game Shows shelf gathers the show-style games in one place. In a wheel game, you bet on the segment where a large spinning wheel stops, and each segment pays at its own rate. In a crash game, a multiplier climbs from 1x until it crashes at a random moment. Cash out before the crash and your stake pays at that multiplier; wait too long and the stake is lost.

Exhibit D

How does the SherLuck sportsbook work?

The SherLuck sportsbook works from the same site and the same login as the casino, so one SherLuck account covers slots, live tables and sports bets. On a phone, the Sports button in the bottom bar takes you straight there.

To place a sports bet, pick an event and a market (the outcome you're betting on), add it to your bet slip and enter a stake. Confirming locks in the odds shown, and the bet settles once the result is official under SherLuck's Betting Rules player guide.

Odds set your return. In decimal odds, the number is the total you get back for every 1 staked, stake included: a stake of 10 at odds of 2.50 returns 25, which is 15 profit plus your stake. SherLuck keeps sports offers under the Sport tab in its promotions, each with its own terms.

Exhibit E

What promotions does SherLuck run after the welcome offer?

Tournaments, WinStreak, the Shop and the VIP Club keep SherLuck promotions running after the welcome offer. Each one has its own tab in SherLuck's promotions area, next to Welcome Pack and Sport. See each offer with its full terms on the SherLuck promotions page.

How do SherLuck tournaments work?

SherLuck tournaments run against a countdown timer for a set prize pool. VIP Weekly and Multy Race are two SherLuck tournaments, and the Tournaments tab splits events into Upcoming, Active and Finished. Read each tournament's terms before you play.

What are WinStreak and the Shop?

WinStreak and the Shop are SherLuck's step-and-reward promotions: WinStreak pays a prize for completing a set of steps, and the Shop swaps Chips for items. WinStreak runs to a deadline, so complete all the steps before time runs out. You collect Chips and spend them in the Shop, which opens from its button in the lobby.

What is the SherLuck VIP Club?

The SherLuck VIP Club is the casino's members' programme, with its own VIP Welcome Pack and its own VIP Program Terms. The VIP tab in SherLuck's promotions area lists the current VIP offers.

Exhibit F

How does SherLuck Casino work on your phone?

SherLuck Casino works in your phone's browser, so you play with nothing to install. The bottom bar holds Casino, Free Money, Join Now, Search and Sports, and the casino splits into Lobby, Slots and Live tabs. Log in and Register sit at the top of every SherLuck casino page, so your account is one tap from any game.

iPhone players also have an official SherLuck iOS app. A banner at the top of the casino points to the app with the line "Install & Get Bonus". Once the app is installed, SherLuck opens from a home-screen icon with one tap. The SherLuck app guide walks through the install step by step.

Exhibit G

How do you contact SherLuck Casino support?

SherLuck Casino support answers through live chat, 24 hours a day, every day. Open the live chat widget, or use the Contact Support button beneath the line "Contact us if you still have questions".

The FAQ on this site covers joining, ID checks, bonuses and wagering, payments, withdrawals and SherLuck's licence, so start with the SherLuck FAQ for account questions. Login trouble has its own page: the SherLuck login guide explains how to sign in safely and what to do when you can't get in. If something has gone wrong, the reviews page explains what to do next and where to read independent SherLuck reviews.

Exhibit H

How does SherLuck Casino help you gamble responsibly?

SherLuck Casino helps you gamble responsibly with two policies, Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion, both linked in the casino footer. The first step is yours: set a budget and a time limit before you play, and stop when you reach either one.

A few habits keep play in proportion. Treat what you spend as the cost of entertainment, never as a way to make money. Take regular breaks, and don't play when you're tired, upset or drinking.

These warning signs mean it's time to step back.

  • You spend more money or time than you planned.
  • You chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
  • You hide your gambling from people close to you.
  • You feel anxious, low or irritable when you're not playing.

If you notice any of these signs, read SherLuck's Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion policies for the ways to take a break or exclude yourself. SherLuck support is on live chat if you want help with either.

Free, confidential help and blocking tools are available from these independent organisations.
