Which SherLuck welcome bonuses can you claim?
SherLuck's welcome bonuses are the Casino Welcome Pack, the Casino 1st Welcome and the VIP Welcome Pack. All three are deposit match bonuses, and the first two add free spins to the match.
Each SherLuck welcome bonus appears in the casino's Promotions tab with its headline offer. Here is what each offer is.

Compare SherLuck welcome bonuses on wagering and expiry before you look at the match percentage. A big match with heavy wagering can be harder to turn into cash than a smaller match with light wagering.

How do SherLuck bonus terms work?
SherLuck bonus terms decide when bonus money turns into withdrawable cash. Wagering matters most, and the expiry date and any limits on bets or games come next.
What does a wagering requirement mean?
A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet a bonus before it becomes withdrawable cash. The requirement is written as a multiple, such as 10x. A bonus of 100 with 10x wagering means 1,000 in bets first.
The table shows what one bonus of 100 asks of you at 10x, 30x and 40x wagering.

Check whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to your deposit plus the bonus. With a deposit of 100 and a bonus of 100, 10x on both means 2,000 in bets, not 1,000.
Game contribution changes the maths too. A bet of 10 on a game counting 100% clears 10 of wagering, while the same bet on a game counting 10% clears 1. Before you take bonus funds to live roulette or blackjack, ask SherLuck live chat which games count and at what rate.
Wagering exists so a bonus gets played rather than withdrawn the moment it lands. A withdrawal before the wagering is complete can cancel the bonus and its winnings, so check how the offer's terms treat an early cash-out.
What do the other bonus terms mean?
These are the other terms worth knowing before you claim a SherLuck bonus.
- Match percentage
- How much bonus you get for your deposit. A 100% match on a deposit of 50 adds 50 in bonus funds.
- Maximum bonus
- The most bonus the offer will ever pay, however much you deposit.
- Minimum deposit
- The smallest deposit that triggers the offer. Deposit less and the bonus won't be added.
- Expiry
- How long you have to use the bonus and complete the wagering. Anything left after that is removed.
- Maximum bet
- A cap on your stake while wagering is in progress. Bet above it and you can lose the bonus and its winnings.
- Free spins
- Spins on a set slot at a fixed stake. Their winnings often arrive as bonus funds with their own wagering.
- Win cap
- A limit on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings. Anything above the cap is removed when you cash out.
- Sticky or non-sticky
- A sticky bonus can be played but never withdrawn. A non-sticky bonus lets you play your own cash first.

How do you claim a SherLuck bonus?

What SherLuck promotions run after the welcome bonus?

How do SherLuck tournaments work?
A SherLuck tournament is a timed contest where players compete on selected games for a share of a prize pool. VIP Weekly and Multy Race are two SherLuck tournaments, and each shows its prize pool and a countdown to the finish. The Tournaments tab sorts them into Upcoming, Active and Finished.

What are WinStreak challenges and Cases?
A WinStreak challenge is a set of steps you finish before a deadline to win a prize. The WinStreak tagline reads "Complete all steps to win". The Promotions area also shows a Cases counter. Ask live chat how Cases work if the rules aren't shown beside them.
What is the SherLuck Shop?
The SherLuck Shop is where you spend chips, and its tagline sums it up: "Collect Chips, buy items!" Open it from the Shop button in the lobby or the Shop tab in Promotions.
Where do you enter a SherLuck promo code?
You enter a SherLuck promo code in the Promotions tab, under Activate Promocode. Check the code's terms and expiry before you activate it, because a code can carry its own wagering.

What does the SherLuck VIP Club offer?
The SherLuck VIP Club offers members the VIP Welcome Pack and a VIP tab of promotions, all run under SherLuck's separate VIP Program Terms.
