SherLuck reviews and how to read them

SherLuck reviews belong on Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Casino Guru, not on this site. This guide doesn't rate SherLuck itself or quote players it can't name, so this page sends you to where players post and shows you how to read what they say.

SherLuck is an online casino and sportsbook with one login for slots, live tables and sports betting. This page covers the three review sites, what to look for in a SherLuck review, what to check yourself, how to complain and how to leave a review.

Where can you read SherLuck reviews?

Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Casino Guru are the three independent sites to check for SherLuck reviews. Players post there in their own words, good and bad. SherLuck doesn't run any of the three, and this site doesn't publish its own SherLuck rating.

Search each site for SherLuck. From a search engine, add the word casino: SherLuck is one letter away from Sherlock, and a plain search also brings up reviews of the Sherlock TV series, stage plays and board games. Check that a listing describes the SherLuck online casino before you read it. Direct links will appear here once a SherLuck listing is confirmed on each site.

The three sites differ in who writes the reviews and whether they step in when a player and a casino disagree.

How Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Casino Guru compare
Site What it is Who writes the reviews Handles complaints?
Trustpilot An open review platform for every kind of business Any registered user No. Trustpilot publishes reviews and the business's replies but doesn't mediate disputes.
AskGamblers A casino review site Players, alongside AskGamblers' own casino reviews Yes, through its free complaints service
Casino Guru A casino review site Players, alongside Casino Guru's own casino ratings Yes, through its free Complaint Resolution Center

So each site answers a different question about SherLuck. Trustpilot gives a broad read of recent player opinion. Complaint records on AskGamblers and Casino Guru show how a casino behaves once money is in dispute.

How should you read SherLuck reviews?

Read SherLuck reviews for specifics, not stars. A review earns weight from the detail it gives and from other players reporting the same thing.

What details matter in a SherLuck review?

Withdrawals, ID checks, bonus terms and support replies are the details that matter in a SherLuck review, because they're where a player's money and time are at stake.

  • Withdrawals. Look for the payment method, when the player asked and whether the account was verified at the time. A withdrawal paused for an ID check is a different story from one refused outright.
  • ID checks. SherLuck publishes a KYC Policy in the casino footer. Reviews that mention document requests make more sense once you've read that policy.
  • Bonus terms. Disputes over bonus winnings turn on rules such as wagering, maximum bet and expiry. Check whether the reviewer names the offer and the rule SherLuck applied.
  • Support replies. Note whether the player says support answered, and whether the answer dealt with the actual problem.

Check which product a review is about, too. SherLuck runs a casino and a sportsbook on one login, and sports bets settle under SherLuck's Betting Rules player guide, a separate document from the casino's game and bonus terms.

How do you spot a pattern in SherLuck reviews?

You spot a pattern when different players report the same problem across several months. A one-off is a single account that nobody else repeats. Four checks tell the two apart.

  • Dates. Sort by newest first. SherLuck announces changes to its Terms of Service at least two weeks before they take effect, so an older review can describe rules that no longer apply.
  • Repetition. One angry review is one experience. The same complaint from several players, each in their own words, is worth weighing.
  • Detail. Reviews with dates, amounts and the steps the player took carry more weight than one-line praise or one-line fury.
  • Outcomes. A complaint marked resolved or unresolved on AskGamblers or Casino Guru tells you how a dispute ended, which a star rating never does.

Read the mixed reviews as well. A two-, three- or four-star review sets what worked against what didn't.

What can you check about SherLuck yourself?

SherLuck's licence, Terms of Service, bonus terms, policies and live chat are the five things to check yourself before you deposit. The casino footer links the licence, the Terms of Service and every policy, so the facts behind any SherLuck review are a few taps away.

  1. Licence. Open the License link in the casino footer. SherLuck's casino footer shows a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Check the licence on the regulator's own website.
  2. Terms of Service. Read them before your first deposit. SherLuck's Terms of Service set the rules that decide any dispute in a review.
  3. Bonus terms. Before you claim an offer, read its wagering, maximum bet, minimum deposit and expiry. The promotions page explains how to read bonus terms in plain words.
  4. KYC and Refund policies. Read the KYC Policy for how SherLuck handles ID checks, and the Refund Policy for how refunds work. The FAQ answers the common questions on ID checks and withdrawals.
  5. Live chat. Ask support a question before you deposit. SherLuck's live chat is open 24/7, and the way it answers a simple question is the first review you write for yourself.

The full set of documents in SherLuck's footer is the AML Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gambling, KYC Policy, Self Exclusion, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Betting Rules player guide, VIP Program Terms, Wheel of Gods game terms and the License page.

How do you raise a complaint with SherLuck?

To raise a complaint with SherLuck, start with live chat, which is open 24/7 behind the Contact Support button at the bottom of every casino page. Three steps take a complaint from first contact to outside help.

  1. Tell live chat what happened. Give the date, the amount and any transaction or bet ID. Those details let support find the record straight away.
  2. Keep a record. Take screenshots of the chat, your cashier history and any bet slips involved.
  3. Take it further. If SherLuck's answer doesn't settle it, raise the complaint with SherLuck's regulator, the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Or file it with the free complaint services at AskGamblers or Casino Guru, which take the case to SherLuck and publish it with its outcome.

Name the rule or the payment in dispute. A withheld withdrawal and a bonus rule are different cases, and a clear complaint is quicker for anyone to check. A complaint filed with AskGamblers or Casino Guru stays on the public record, where it works as a review for the next player.

If the problem is a login rather than a dispute, SherLuck login help covers forgotten passwords and locked accounts.

How do you leave a SherLuck review?

To leave a SherLuck review, create a free account on Trustpilot, AskGamblers or Casino Guru, search for SherLuck and describe what happened in your own words. A review helps the next player most when it covers these four points.

  • When you played, and whether it was the casino or the sportsbook.
  • The offer, game, bet or payment method involved.
  • What you asked support, and what support said.
  • How the matter ended, or that it's still open.

Leave out anything private. Don't post your account number, ID documents, or payment details in a public review.

Good or bad, an honest SherLuck review helps the next player decide. That's why this page points to public reviews instead of picking quotes.
